新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）特別キャンセルポリシー
STACYATIONの施設は、換気と館内消毒をしっかり行ってお客様へ提供しております。特別キャンセルポリシーは下記の通りです。
お客様と施設の安全のため、以下の場合はご予約をお断りします
行政からの命令やスタッフの罹患等の諸事情により 施設をご準備できない場合、
もしくは弊社が施設の安全を担保できないと判断する場合は、やむを得ず予約をお断りすることがあります。
＊当社から予約をお断りする場合には、料金を全額ご返金いたします。
キャンセル料金について
STAYCATIONの施設は、一棟貸切（同時に不特定多数が出入りしない）と、清掃時の換気・消毒など安全対策をしっかり行っていることから、ご自宅と同様にお過ごしいただけます。
そのため緊急事態宣言を含む 新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大局面においても、行政からの「営業停止命令」と「休業補償金」が発令される場合を除き、キャンセル料減免などの特別措置は予定しておりません。
＊お客様からのご要望によるキャンセルには、通常のキャンセル料金が発生致します。

日本政府観光局（JNTO）では、365日24時間多言語（日、英、中、韓）で対応可能なコールセンター（Japan Visitor Hotline）や公式SNSにより、旅行者に対し、発熱や呼吸器症状等がある場合には、具体的な医療機関を案内し、事前連絡を行った上で医療機関に受診すること等を推奨しています。
コールセンターでは外国語対応が可能な医療機関を紹介するだけでなく、旅行者の状況に応じた相談が可能です。

Special cancellation policy in response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most of the facilities listed in STAYCATION are rented exclusively for one party per day under extremely private environment(no random contact with others) and they are properly cleaned and disinfected. Most of the facilities listed for rent have proper ventilation system.In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, our special cancellation policy has been updated as follow:
To show our commitment to health, safety, and security, we regret to inform that we cannot accept reservation or we have to cancel reservation if any of the followings applies
If facilities cannot be prepared to welcome guests by our staff due to any COVID-19 related restrictions or orders, or under any situation we determined that it may risk safety of all related facilities and staff, the reservations may be necessary to be cancelled.
If we decline your booking, we will refund full amount.
Cancellation fee
Please note that a normal cancellation fees will be charged for cancellation requested by the customer, in all cases such as under a state of emergency, when travel is not possible, and entry to Japan is prohibited.
